cooking with the pro

Werd mal versuchen es zu Hause nach zu kochen :) / Last thursday I went to a free korean cooking course. You only pay for the ingredients that are provided. Mannam is a volunteer organisation which does a lot of different things, pretty sweet. Well, anyways, I made sam-gal-tang. Which is a soup made of a whole chicken and beef pieces. You just stuff the chicken with rice, garlic, ginseng, jujube (korean date) and other things, and put it in the beef soup. So delicious! It was always 3 ppl per table and this chicken was gone in no time! Amazing. Gonna try making it at home :)

 Action
Ready!
You eat the chicken like this. Rice is pourded into the soup and boiled until done. You eat chicken and rice-soup seperatly.

The End.
