The Things I Want, The Things I Need

I still did not get over the fact how incredibly cheap the Miu Miu Noir sunglasses are made. They are 260€ and have the quality of H&M sunglasses. This kinda made me come back to reallity. Not everything has the quality that the price would make you assume it as. Leather shoes are expensive, because leather is expensive. But its worth the investment because of the quality, even though you know you also pay for the brand name. Those sunglasses are expensive because Miu Miu is considered a luxury brand. So where is the luxury in this?!
You can get fake glasses around here alot. Chanel and Louis Vuitton goodies are everywhere, not well made, but accessible. Ray Ban fakes are everywhere. And Ray Ban style no name sunglasses as well. But nothing spectacular for a low price.

I'm still looking for other options on sunglasses. Glasses and frames can be found really cheap, so why not buy an amazing frame and get some good glasses instead of plastic ones. But I haven't found anything close to the Miu Miu ones, even though I dragged the girls though every eyewear shop in town.
I found those Karen Walkers that fit me pretty well. But I didn't realize the shop was selling original glasses until I saw the prize and the designers name.
Ein anderes wichtiges Thema: Internet-Verfügbarkeit on the go.
I Pod: Hab ich. Ich will keinen anderen!
Zwiespalt.

Another important topic right now: Internet access on the go!
Everybody has it here, and it is soooo convenient. Riding the subway and having free wifi, in cafè's too, and in University. I'm not important enough to have the urgent need of checking e-mails every 5 minutes. But since all the international students in Hanyang University joined a facebook group to arrange tours around Seoul, meet for dinner or karaoke (I still did not go, to afraid of my lack of singing skills), it's important to stay in touch and know whats going on, when to be home to be able to join somebody for lunch, stuff like that. And just think of the opportunity of having a translation app. Having vegetarian food seems so possible all of the sudden.
And in class the Prof. is telling you he just uploaded the newest skript on the Universities internet platform, and I can't take notes because I don't have it available.
So I decided I need an internet accessible gadget.
Smartphone: I'll get a good one when I'm back in Germany. They are even more expensive here and in Germany I have a warranty and will be able to send it back if something's wrong with it.
I-Pod: I have one. I use it a lot. We will celebrate it's 7th birthday on Chrismas this year. I do not want an i pod touch!
Touch pad: the solution.
I would take just any touchpad, but the i pad is kinda the best on the market, and the i pad 2 without 3G is 100€ less here than in Germany. Fate?! BUT still expensive. BUT also convenient while traveling. BUT mommy says NO. So what now?

Now, did anybody even read my monologue? Oh well...
